FARES - Training and Update for Relaunch, Efficiency and Development

FARES funded by FONDO PROFESSIONS as part of NOTICE 03/2021 with resolution of 23/11/2021, through NOTICE 03/21 “training plans for individual Professional Studies/Companies”

The project saw the construction of free courses for the company “F.lli Fares snc” specialized in:

• Sale of new cars, guaranteed used cars, km 0 cars and commercial vehicles
• Workshop equipped with warehouse and tire change service
• TUA ASSICURAZIONI insurance insurance services and financial services
• After sales services

Objective

• The organizational and process innovation of a company that, despite investments and successes, was preparing to innovate its business structure and the services offered to meet the demands of a market, that of the sale of cars, which today (and even more so in the future) is suffering.
• The evolution of the personal abilities of those children and employees called in the short term to abandon the role of employees to evolve into managers capable of analyzing the market, developing new business strategies, supporting development interventions and organizational change.
• The development of new services capable of economically restarting the company that, already hit hard by the 2016 earthquake, has put in place significant investments capable of leading it to a future in which young people will be the protagonists.
• The implementation and sharing of a new corporate vision that makes the Quality system the beacon that guides strategies, procedures and objectives.
